Uni-span has worked closely with Nifsan over the last 6 years. This represents a strengthening in the relationship between the two companies.

The French Quarter is the latest addition to the European Village at Emerald lakes. It comprises of two, five-level, mixed use buildings and a residential tower to be named Bella Vue - meaning "Beautiful View".

This development features a distinctly urban Parisian theme, offering a slice of French life on the Gold Coast.

For a succesful tender, Uni-span needed to ensure that all work was able to continue around existing structures within the precinct with a minimal disruptive footprint on the completed stages to date.

Cantilevered scaffold will be used over these areas. They will be erected and enclosed, which addresses a priority on safety and enables construction deadlines to be met.

Uni-span has committed approximately 540 tonnes of scaffold to the projects.
